Evaluates rehabilitative needs in scope of physical therapy for patients with neuro/musculo/skeletal dysfunction. Designs and performs appropriate patient therapy plan in order to achieve maximum functional potential. Interacts and collaborates with other members on the client’s healthcare team including caregivers, doctors, parents, and specialized therapy providers. Provides services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of clients suffering from injuries or disease. Completes all documentation and record keeping to current standards. May need to supervise applicable PTAs.
- Ph.D. in Physical Therapist
- Valid NH PT License
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children
- Those who accept this position will be required to provide proof of their own LLC and Liability insurance
Caring and driven supervising specialist needed to provide one to one, direct therapy to children and teens using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Screens, examines and evaluates clients, including history and application of appropriate tests and measures. Interprets examination findings in order to establish any needs. Develops appropriate treatment goals and methods in collaboration with the client, caregivers, and any applicable members of their Spark Team. Implements the treatment plan, and completes all related documentation and record keeping regarding these services. May need to supervise applicable ABA line therapists. Option to host a new SparkLife activity or assist with a current program: Up to $90 per 45 minute activity.
- Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of ABA methods
- Previous experience performing ABA methods and working with families in the community
- Master degree in applicable field
- BCBA certified
