     Read below to view our current open opportunities. We are always looking for exceptional therapists who seek to make a difference in the lives of families in our community. All successful candidates should be licensed in NH and be willing to work as a part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide client-centered, community-minded care. We aim to provide a healthy work-life balance and encourage our therapists to set their hours around their lives. Most of our therapists start out part-time or per diem and they can add to or reduce their client list as it fits their needs and their changing lives. We offer competitive pay and reimburse approved continuing education expenses.

Provider Opportunities.


Occupational Therapist – Supervisor

     Evaluates habilitative and rehabilitative needs in scope of occupational therapy for clients with gross motor, sensory processing issues, fine motor, feeding, and other applicable concerns. Designs and performs appropriate client therapy plan in order to achieve maximum functional potential. Interacts and collaborates with other members on the client’s healthcare team including caregivers, doctors, parents, and specialized therapy providers. Provides services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of clients suffering from injuries or disease. Completes all documentation and record keeping to current standards. Will need to supervise applicable COTAs.

Supervision would include video and some in-person direct supervision as well as email correspondence (In-clinic & community/school setting).

Direct service caseload beginning at 5-10 hours per week, may move into a full-time position. Supervisory caseload beginning at 15 per week

Pay Range: $38-$42 per hour + mileage reimbursement

    Requirements:

  • M.S. in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid NH OT License
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children
  • Those who accept this position will be required to provide proof of their own LLC and Liability insurance
  • iLs Focus Certification preferred (must be willing to obtain prior to start)
  • SOS Feeding Therapy certification preferred

BCBA Therapist

Caring and driven supervising specialist needed to provide one to one, direct therapy to children and teens using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Screens, examines and evaluates clients, including history and application of appropriate tests and measures. Interprets examination findings in order to establish any needs. Develops appropriate treatment goals and methods in collaboration with the client, caregivers, and any applicable members of their Spark Team. Implements the treatment plan, and completes all related documentation and record keeping regarding these services. May need to supervise applicable ABA line therapists. Pay Range: $36-$38 hourly for direct service + mileage reimbursement

    Requirements:

  • Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of ABA methods
  • Previous experience performing ABA methods and working with families in the community
  • Master degree in applicable field
  • BCBA certified
  • Those who accept this position will be required to provide proof of their own LLC and Liability Insurance

ABA – Registered Behavior Technician

Caring and driven specialist needed to provide one to one, direct therapy to children and teens using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Collaborates with the supervising BCBA, client, caregivers, doctors, and any applicable members of their Spark Team. Implements the treatment plan in clinic & in home settings, and completes all related documentation and record keeping regarding these services. Opportunity for growth and collaboration with an exceptional therapy team & reimbursed continuing education expenses.

Pay Range: $16-$20 hourly for direct service + mileage reimbursement

    Requirements:

  • Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of ABA methods
  • Previous experience performing ABA methods and working with families in the community
  • High school diploma
  • RBT certified preferred (if not certified, must be willing to obtain certification)

Physical Therapist

     Evaluates habilitative and rehabilitative needs in scope of physical therapy for patients with neuro/musculo/skeletal dysfunction. Designs and performs appropriate patient therapy plan in order to achieve maximum functional potential. Interacts and collaborates with other members on the client’s healthcare team including caregivers, doctors, parents, and specialized therapy providers. Provides services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of clients suffering from injuries, developmental disorder or delay, or disease. Completes all documentation and record keeping to current standards. May need to supervise applicable PTAs.

    Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
  • Valid NH PT License
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children
  • Those who accept this position will be required to provide proof of their own LLC and Liability insurance
